Will there be the need for any functional staff to go through an aspirational or competitive counselling process prior to being transferred to Central Networks?
The company believes that it has identified who will transfer to Central Networks. In line with normal processes around transfers, it is envisaged that subject to consultation, individuals will be invited to a counselling session to learn more about the future organisation within Central Networks and express their views about the transfer.
