Will there be technical challenges experienced at the Prometric test center?
All test programs are given at Prometric Testing Centers in a Microsoft Window-based program. A tutorial is given before each examination to enable candidates to become familiar with the various testing tools. Although not often, there may be occasional system issues at a test center that prevent a candidate from testing or create the need for a test to be rebooted. The solution of these problems is part of the normal functionality of the computer systems and will not create lost test materials. Prometric does it’s best to reschedule any candidates who are unable to test due to system errors within a reasonable timeframe. The driver saves candidate information on the workstation every time a response is entered, so that if a reboot of the workstation occurs, candidates will begin where they last completed a question.
