Will there be media and mundies at FOXmas?
No. We have an agreement with the hotel that no media will be allowed on hotel property. If you see media in the convention, please notify convention security, because they are trespassing on private property, and any tape that they record at FOXmas is our property, so you do not have to worry about your family seeing you on the evening news. FOXmas is to be restricted access to all non-furs, except in the case of emergency. The hotel is kind enough to promise that limited, trusted staff only will be allowed into convention spaces. Mundanes (“Mundies” as I like to call them) are barred from convention spaces, in agreement with the hotel, and they will be forcably removed if they attempt to enter convention spaces, and security will be posted at the entrace to the convention area. If somehow a pesky Mundie manages to sneak into convention space past security, please notify convention staff and we will have them removed for you.
