The workstreams will look at what’s needed and which systems we should have. As decisions start to be made, we’ll need to involve staff on the ground. We’ll also want to have a common process for all staff who don’t immediately transfer, to be able to apply for jobs in East and West Cheshire, plus provide some help with CV writing and interview techniques. This will be covered in the HR workstream. The whole process is being managed by a Joint Implementation Team. There are other workstreams under the headings of People, Places and Performance & Capacity. These include ICT, Communications, Partnerships, Electoral and Governance, Major Projects, Assets etc.
