In the last AoE3 patch, 1.08, Ensemble Studios are already preparing for the release of TWC with new features such as the ‘Copy Deck’ function as well as a new tab in your player stats for TWC as well as the original AoE3. A new user interface and other features have been confirmed by ES however we do not know details at this time.
