Yes it is in budget right now. Casting has started and a few characters will just be CG, think Oolong and Puar. Sorry however they don’t want anyone who is known, it would become a publicity film for whoever they got, the casting director is looking for unknowns right now to play all parts and are accepting auditions from all over the US at this time. They also want younger people in their early twenties or so, they are planning for seven films altogether.
