Will there be a crosswalk for provider enrollment from MeCMS to MIHMS?
Because the structures of the two systems are totally different and because MeCMS has many limitations, a crosswalk could potentially have a negative impact on both current operations and incorrectly translating data to the new system. For this reason, providers will need to maintain their MeCMS provider file until MIHMS begins operation.
