Will the woman who fed windshield wiper fluid to children at her daycare center get in legal trouble?
It seems that the woman who fed the children windshield wiper fluid has given up her state license and has accepted total responsibility for the incident, according to the Arkansas dept. of Human Services. In my opinion, the parents of those children will sue her in court for damages, but I don’t think the woman is facing any serious criminal charges. She’ll most likely receive either a suspended sentence or probation, but no jail time.
