Will the Windows/PC version of MCASE give the same biophores as the OpenVMS version?

The PC and OpenVMS versions of our software use exactly the same algorithms for making QSAR predictions. Therefore, a biophore predicted by MCASE or a metabolite predicted by META will not depend on which platform you are using.
