Will the vestry have any editorial oversight of the TRA grant applications? Will the vestry sign off on the applications before submital?

The Vestry and the Theatre in the Rough Board will all need to be comfortable with any resulting grant applications. We don’t know what donor foundations might want with respect to agreements or legal documents, but, it seems certain that they will require that both boards be onboard.
