No. Unlike the Nazi regime, the U.S. has done a great deal of good under that flag. The Nazi regime lasted for a very short period of time and was marred by constant bloodshed, genocide, torture, and constant violations of international law. The international response to the brutality of the regime was so extensive and so quick that international human rights law as we know it came into existence in response to the brutality of the Nazis. On the other hand, the U.S. flag has flown over constant humanitarian missions. Even in the midst of this administration, the U.S. has sent humanitarian relief to the victims of the 2004 tsunami and to the victims of the Myanmar cyclone.
