Armstrong, 37, the winner of seven Tour de France titles, competed in that race this year with the Kazakhstan-based team Astana. Next year, he plans on racing with an American team, but the main sponsor will not be the U.S. Postal Service, which pulled out of cycling several years ago. Instead, he will be partnering with RadioShack in the 2010 Tour de France.
