The Tasman 270 is a standalone toilet. While the Tasman 270 bowl (609169) looks very similar to the standard 270 bowl (609159), the bolt holes will not align. The Tasman 270 bowl will only accommodate the Tasman polypropylene tank (model 800032). If you have a concern about a Tasman tank not fitting on to a 270 bowl, please ensure that the correct bowl was shipped.
