Will the Taal View Heights Country Homes lot be transferable to my relatives in the Philippines? What are the terms and conditions?
The Taal View Heights Country Homes lot may be transferred to the buyer’s relatives in the Philippines provided that they are Filipino citizens or natural born Filipinos who have lost their citizenship. The terms and conditions shall depend on the agreement of the properties. Ledesco can help facilitate the transfer of the lot’s title at any time, unless the lot’s title has already been transferred in favor of the buyer.
