Will the Sponsor and the substantial unitholders participate in the Scheme?
The Scheme provides the option for individual Unitholders to decide on whether they want to receive a particular distribution in new units or cash. The Trustee-Manager does not decide on behalf of its Unitholders. Substantial Unitholders whose unitholdings increased as a result of their participation in the Scheme should promptly notify the Trustee-Manager and the SGX-ST of such changes in unitholdings.
