Yes. The SCR is only 1-7/8″ O.D. X 2-1/2″ deep and will fit into most window sills. With some double-hung wood windows, the trim carpenter will need to extend the stool into the room and use thick trim mold or crown mold to support the stool and create a cavity underneath for the wire going into the SCR.
