Vendors may submit their proposals at any time following the Schedule 70 Refresh, and will be evaluated and awarded as they are received. For vendors interested in DoD customer requirements, DITCO intends to announce around the time the Schedule 70 Refresh occurs their planned timelines to begin awarding task orders using the new Schedule 70 COMSATCOM SINs.
