Will the rain make for a miserable holiday in Panama in October?
Rain should never become a travel issue unless it involves delays or cancellations of travel (in the mountain roads, etc). You can always try to plan travel around ‘rainy” seasons but there is never a guarantee. This past weekend I was in Alice Springs, Australia and experienced the 1st significant all-day rain they have had since December! It just meant making alternate plans.
