WILL THE pura DYN ® SYSTEM WORK WITH THE NEW EXTENDED CHANGE INTERVAL SYNTHETIC OILS?
A. Yes. The pura DYN ® System is completely compatible with synthetic oils. Although these oils have a superior lubrication value over mineral oils, they are still susceptible to solid contamination buildup and liquid contaminants, such as water and antifreeze from the crankcase condensation and leaking gaskets, as well as fuel dilution and other foreign matter contaminating the oil. The pura DYN ® System allows for the use of the expensive synthetic oil in a more cost-effective manner through greatly extended oil drains.
