No. Professional Grade Vinyl Renu™ Cleaner should be thoroughly rinsed after cleaning. Any Shutter ReNu that gets on windows should be cleaned quickly. Any Shutter Renu™ that gets on other surfaces can be allowed to dry clear or rinsed with water quickly after accidental application.
