We recommend that browser toolbars (e.g. Yahoo or Google toolbars) be configured to disable the pop-up blocker for the FocalTRACK site. Some application controls such as the FocalTRACK date selector that will not work properly if a pop-up blocker is activated. Note on Personal Software Firewalls Personal software firewalls such as Norton and MacAfee can also block pop-ups and produce the same problem as Additional Browser Toolbars by blocking specific FocalTRACK controls (such as date selector). These personal firewalls can also be configured to allow pop-ups for the FocalTRACK website (www.focalTRACK.com) and do not compromise your security.
