Will ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’ Continue Past 2011? Monday November 10, 2008 Questions have been circulating around news sources over the weekend surrounding whether Oprah will continue to tape The Oprah Winfrey Show and broadcast it on the new OWN Network, or if the show will end in 2011 once the syndicated contract is up. The show has been expected to end after the 2010-2011 season when the contract ends with CBS, but Oprah and her spokespeople have not officially announced what direction the show will take at that point.
