Yes, remote Help Desk locations will be set up in the residence halls during fall move-in to assist residents with connecting their computers to ResNet. We do ask that you read through the steps listed in the ResNet Quick Start Guide before you drop by any of our Help Desk locations. The ResNet Quick Start Guide will be available when you pick up your keys during move-in.
