Will the OA be notified of who will be audited during the process (e.g. purchasing, engineering)?

Yes. The CGSB auditor will discuss this with the OA’s contact and work out a preliminary schedule. The auditor will then send out an audit plan, approximately 10 days before the audit. This document will describe the upcoming audit scope, process and schedule, including the estimated time frame for various plant personnel. If there are any issues with the schedule, the OA can contact the auditor.
