Will the new SFWAHS Policy supersede the existing government policy that bans smoking within 5 metres from doorways and 10 metres from air intake vents of government buildings?
The existing government policy, which bans smoking within 5 metres of doorways and 10m from air intake vents of government buildings will continue to apply. The SFWA Policy further extends the 5m and 10m limits imposed under this Government policy to ban smoking through out WA Health premises and grounds.
