Will the new batman be delayed due to the tragic death of heath ledger?
I don’t think they’ll postpone it. For one thing the box office takings will sky-rocket. Heath fans and Batman fans will be cramming in, but also the onlookers with morbid interest. It’s a sad fact but the studio will make more money out of the film now. I think fans will see it as a tribute. Heath put so much of the last months of his life into that movie that it would be a dishonour to see it go to waste. It’s just sad to think that playing that particular role had such a profound effect on him that it may have contributed to his death.
