Are we guaranteed of the current view? Some of the neighbouring land may be developed. Hermosa Hills is at the highest elevation (on top of the mountain) and has amazing panoramic views of the entire horizon, so that even if neighbouring lands are developed with high-rise type buildings they will not hinder the view. Further, the biological reserve within the project will stay green and its walking paths, waterfalls and nature areas will be accessible to residents.
