The Mortgage Interest Statement will reflect only the time period for which HomEq Servicing serviced your account. It will be produced only if your loan is secured by real property and you paid $25 or more in interest for the previous calendar year. If your account was serviced by another lender or servicer during the prior calendar year, the account activity that occurred with the prior lender or servicer will be reported by that entity on a separate Mortgage Interest Statement.
