Currently, the MediaMVP is not fully supported under Windows 2003 Server. Error: Cannot locate GUI server when trying to connect. If you are running Windows 2000 you need to make sure that you have the up-to-date version of Internet Explorer (Internet Explorer 6) and at least Service Pack 3 installed. Make sure that the Server PC and the MediaMVP are on the same Hub, Switch or Router. Also verify that the MediaMVP services have started. To verify this, click on Start / Run and type in Services.msc Click on OK. You will see a list of Windows services which are running.
