Will the liquid zeolite neutralize the effect of the three elements?
Rik: No. In fact, this particular zeolite [clinoptilolite] was used after the Chernobyl incident in Russia to remove radioactive strontium and cesium, which have a much higher reactivity towards the molecule. But non-radioactive strontium – non-ionized strontium – has very low affinity for zeolite. So, I don’t think it’s going to be an issue at all.
