Will the lessor interfere with my business or otherwise seek control over the lease assets?
The lessor is generally passive in nature and will not interfere with your day-to-day business. The lease will require that you maintain the assets in a manner consistent with the way you maintain similar assets you operate and not discriminate against the leased assets by virtue of their leased status. The lease may provide the lessor with certain limited rights of inspection.
