Will the legalities governing the Church of England make way for Kairos dreams?
Yes and no. The bishop and his senior staff are committed to pushing at the legal boundaries wherever they can. There is also some pressure from general synod to review current legal arrangements. However, the Church has to operate within the law, so there may be some friction between what we would like and what is possible.
