Yes, grantees will be contractually obliged to follow the rules set out in the LDA’s procurement code for the procurement and award of sub-grants/sub-contracts. The rules include a requirement to source suppliers from CompeteFor, except where such suppliers are ‘called off’ from an existing LDA approved framework agreement.
