Yes, BevoWare, which replaces the UT Connect Program, will be included in the laptop bundle and comes pre-installed. Those who already own a laptop meeting our requirements are also eligible for a copy of BevoWare. Current UT students can download BevoWare components, updates and upgrades online for free at the BevoWare Download Page. “BevoWare provides the software you need to protect your computer from viruses, improve the security of your connections, browse the Web, read and send e-mail, use the campus printing system and more.” An overview can be found at www.utexas.edu/its/bevoware.
