Will the IRS deposit my refund into my bank acct or will the bank that TaxAct uses get the refund first?
I have used taxact in the past and my DD was always deposited into my bank on the date the IRS gave me. One year though my bank held the amount for 24 hours. If the irs says deposited in bank on 2/13 it should be there, you may not have access to it right away though. If you dont see it on the 13th try giving your bank a call.
