A10) The Fresno Irrigation District’s (FID) specifications should be used when FID-related pipes are installed within FID easements. However, if it crosses or traverses within the State’s right-of-way, whichever specs is more stringent shall be used. For installation of privately-owned irrigation systems, Caltrans specs shall apply.
