We shall continue our policy of rigorously assessing each export licence application on a case-by-case basis against the EU’s Consolidated Criteria. If we assess that issue would be inconsistent with these criteria, we will not issue a licence. We make all of our export licensing decisions public on a quarterly basis. The Government is proud of its robust and transparent export licensing regime, which is amongst the best in the world.
