Will the Fund have a Distribution Reinvestment Plan and, if so, how can unitholders participate?

0

Enbridge Income Fund plans to adopt a Distribution Reinvestment Plan which will enable holders of ordinary trust units who are resident in Canada to elect to have all cash distributions from the Fund automatically reinvested in additional ordinary trust units. No brokerage commissions will be payable in connection with the purchase of ordinary trust units under the Distribution Reinvestment Plan and all administrative costs will be borne by the Fund. Holders of ordinary trust units resident outside of Canada will be entitled to participate in the Distribution Reinvestment Plan unless prohibited by the law of the jurisdiction in which they reside. Holders of ordinary trust units who are resident in the United States or who are U.S. citizens will not be entitled to participate in the Distribution Reinvestment Plan. Administrative details and enrolment procedures regarding the Distribution Reinvestment Plan will be announced in mid-2004.
