The DoD NAF HBP plans administered by Aetna will provide patient management services for members who are hospitalized or have home health care who may have been evacuated to non-network facilities in anticipation of natural disaster. NAF HBP participants should contact Aetna Customer Service when dealing with patient management issues. Aetna may also provide waivers for prescription drugs which may include coverage for replacement of lost or damaged prescription drugs and early re-fills.
