DSA has a fast-track process (Outside Source) whereby the architect schedules an appointment for an over-the-counter review of the plans and a checklist with DSA. Once the relocatable is installed, DSA may conduct an on-site inspection to establish that the project was completed as submitted. Basically, it is an architect self-certification process. For further information, contact the DSA office at 916-445-8100.
