Will the current Florida Railroad Company persue the right use issue for historic work, references or publication?

A. No. The Florida Railroad Company Incorporated will not pursue the unpermitted use of the name in general articles describing any past history or references to this railroad and its part in the formation of Florida’s history, or other such reference usage. Our reason for incorporating is twofold. First to provide a company and mechanism to promote the history and preservation of information and artifacts of Florida associated with railroads, and in particular, the Florida Railroad Company. Second to earn some profit from the endeavor in order to continue the effort. The rights use is primarily associated with the development, manufacture and sale of new items.
