Will the court continue to require esubmissions and will the court’s August 10, 2007 Order regarding the submission of electronic documents still be valid?

Until the date the court goes live on ECF, all the current requirements regarding esubmissions will continue to apply. Once the court transitions fully to ECF filing in the first quarter of 2009, however, counsel will no longer be required to submit documents through the 10th Circuit esubmission email address. We will announce the date certain for this transition once testing is completed. The court will also issue a new general order to inform counsel regarding local requirements.
