Will the consultant be required to gather raw field data for Task .1.1 — particularly I.A and II.A. Can we assume that NEMAA and the TAC will be able to provide most of the raw data needed?

NEMAA will be able to provide contact information for approximately 300 artists in the Northeast neighborhood, and for those we have information about their principal medium. Consultant would have access to some of that raw data, however other information (degree of professional training; whether they live/work in NE; level of art experience; etc.) will have to be collected by the consultant. Also, there are other artists in the neighborhood, whom are not NEMAA members, and thus need to be accounted for. Members of the TAC and Steering Committee will likely be able to provide information for the property assets, but consultant will need to gather and compile that information. Am I correct in assuming the TAC will assist in identifying stakeholders to participate in public meetings/workshops or open houses? And that these stakeholders will provide the information-input-feedback required for Task 3.1.1 — I.B, I.C., I.D., and I.E. Correct on both counts. Some of the goals/objectives are
