Yes, if both the CTL-22 control and VHF-22 radio are being replaced with the CTL-22C and VHF-22C/D for 8.33 kHz spacing then no rewiring is necessary. If the CTL-22 is replaced with the CTL-22C but the radio remains the same (i.e. VHF-22A/B) then pin ‘p’ for the channel spacing must be addressed.

When the CTL-22 is replaced with the CTL-22C pin small p for the channel spacing must be addressed. Open = 8.33 kHz, ground = 25 kHz. Please refer the Collins Proline II installation manual for complete details.
