Depending on the climate you live in, the Tankless Water Heater works well in Southern climates where the ground water temperature going into the unit averages 70 degrees. In areas where the ground water averages below 70 degrees, two water heaters may be needed. One to heat the water to 70 degrees, the other to take it to the desired temperature.
