Will the Central Carleton Rec. Plex be energy efficient?
YES We will be striving to develop an environmentally sensitive facility to help reduce and recycle energy to help offset the operational cost. As a best practice facility, we propose to use lighting, heating and cooling energy efficient technology that will help us reduce the consumption of energy and take the financial burden away from the tax payers.
