The bund around the Persimmon Homes housing development (formerly Lowe’s market gardens) to the south west of the Power Station lies outside ScottishPower’s ownership and control. The bund that surrounds the coal yard will be considered as part of the master planning exercise that ScottishPower are undertaking as part of the longer term strategy for the coal yard area.
