Will the blood test come back higher than the drink drive breath test or lower?
A blood test is simply more accurate, so it may be Lower OR it may be higher depending on your actual blood alcohol level. The reason a positive breath test is followed by a blood test is because you can fight a breath test in court as they are known to be unreliable.
