the 790GX chipsets will work with any nvidia or ati pci express x16 or x16 2.0 graphics card, although sli and crossfire is a different story, you will not be able to put 2 nvidia graphics card to work in sli in that mobo, it is crossfire so you can only have 2 card in there if they are ati.
