Will the ATI Radeon HD 5450 Graphics card run Starcraft2?

My current computer, to put it in a fine light, isn’t the latest in computer technology. I’m looking for a new computer which would allow me to play one or two new games (mostly RTS games- Starcraft 2 definitely) and not cost me too much. I have found a computer with the graphics card ATI Radeon HD 5450 and I was wondering is that good enough for Starcraft 2 and any other possible new RTS games. If not can you guys suggest relatively cheap computers which does offer a graphics card good enough to play Starcraft 2 and games alike.
